Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a prompt refund, store credit or exchange. Shipping and handling charges and items marked "Special Order" are not eligible for reimbursement.

RETURNS, CREDITS AND EXCHANGES
ALL RETURNS, CREDITS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Please call 1-800-800-8849 to speak with Customer Service and receive a return authorization number (RMA).

  • All returns must contain the unused portion of the product.  Empty bottles will not be accepted without prior approval.
  • Any shipment returned for credit or exchange must be returned by traceable means and freight pre-paid within 30 days of receipt of your order. Customer assumes the responsibility for return postage on all returned orders.  If exchanging for another product, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A 30% restocking fee may be applied to unauthorized returns and authorized returns received 30 or more days after receiving your return authorization number (RMA).
  • Refused deliveries will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Refunds are processed with prior authorization only. A returned shipping fee may be applied to orders refused in shipment.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.

*Return Policy does not apply to items marked "Special Order Item."

DAMAGES

  • Do not destroy or discard packaging material until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier or you are instructed otherwise by TriMedica Customer Service.
  • Call TriMedica immediately and speak with Customer Service if any product in your package has been damaged.

SHORTAGES

  • All shortages must be reported within ten (10) days of shipping.
  • Check the number of items delivered against the quantity and description shown on your invoice. Be sure to check the backordered column if anything is missing from your shipment.
  • If there is a discrepancy, immediately contact TriMedica Customer Service at 1-800-800-8849.

These procedures are necessary to ensure that you, the customer, are given proper credit, products are not lost and confusion is avoided. This guarantee may be considered void at TriMedica's discretion if it is believed that the purchaser is abusing the terms of this policy.
