Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours not including weekends and holidays. Products are shipped via FedEx and can be expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days. We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Shipping fees are assessed for all orders at a $4.95 flat rate excluding the following shipping destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and all International addresses. All fees for packages refused or returned to sender will be charged back to the customer.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and all International addresses may submit their order online. After we receive the order, we will contact you with the quote for the shipping fee so that you may authorize payment. Please note this is a quote and additional shipping charges may be assessed after delivery. This additional charge is the responsibility of the recipient. Upon payment for the balance due for shipping, your order will be sent via FedEx. The recipient is responsible for determining import regulations for the destination country with regards to dietary supplements. All taxes, customs fees or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. All fees for packages refused or returned to sender will be charged back to the customer.

In the event your order is delayed due to backorder or other circumstances, we will notify you by phone or email.
